Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bullkits.com, our products, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bullkits provides software products, digital kits, and custom development services. Our software products include, but are not limited to, copy trading automation for DXtrade and NinjaTrader, calculators, and related utilities. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or financial product recommendations.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the license purchased (1PC or 2PC).

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except as permitted by applicable law.
  • A 1PC license permits use on one PC or VPS; a 2PC license permits use on two. Running the software beyond your licensed machine count requires an upgrade.
  • Free updates are included for the major version line; upgrading from a 1PC to a 2PC license may incur an additional fee.

4. Account & Payment

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and license keys. Sharing license keys with unauthorized users may result in termination without refund. All payments are processed via third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment information.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in detail at Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the refund terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use our trading tools in any manner that violates prop firm rules or applicable exchange regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLKITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bullkits, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
