Bullkits is a software company. We provide automation and replication tools only. Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, in our Discord or Telegram channels, or communicated by our team constitutes investment advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security, futures contract, forex pair, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

2. Substantial Risk of Loss

Trading futures, forex, options, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Before trading, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

3. Risk Capital Only

Only risk capital — money you can afford to lose entirely without jeopardizing your financial security or lifestyle — should be used for trading. Do not trade with money needed for essential expenses, emergency funds, retirement savings, or debt repayment.

4. Past Performance

5. Prop Firm Compliance

Our tools are designed to be used within the rules of major prop firms (Apex, Topstep, MyFundedFutures, The Funded Trader, and others). However: (a) it is your sole responsibility to verify that use of our tools is permitted under your specific prop firm's rules, (b) prop firm rules change frequently, and (c) violation of prop firm rules may result in account termination, denial of payout, and clawback of prior payouts. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from prop firm rule violations.

6. Software Risk

Our software is provided "as is." While we implement industry-standard risk guard features, no software is error-free. Bugs, network outages, exchange outages, liquidity gaps, and unforeseen market conditions can result in losses greater than configured risk limits. Always monitor your accounts and have a manual kill switch available.

7. Regulatory Status

Bullkits is not a registered broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or any other regulated financial entity. We do not hold customer funds, custody assets, or execute trades on behalf of users. All trading activity is conducted on the user's own accounts, under the user's own credentials, on platforms of the user's choosing.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantee regarding the profitability of any trading strategy, the reliability of any signal, or the outcome of any specific trade. Any testimonials, withdrawal screenshots, or success stories are illustrative and do not represent typical results.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Risk Disclosure. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that trading is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you assume full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

10. Affiliate & Referral Disclosure

Bullkits participates in affiliate and referral programs operated by third-party prop firms. Some links on our prop firm comparison pages (including any link of the form /go/…) are affiliate links: if you sign up or purchase through them, we may receive a commission from the prop firm at no additional cost to you. The prop firm information we publish — its data, ratings, and ordering — is not influenced by whether a firm has an affiliate arrangement with us. Prop firm rules, fees, and payout terms change frequently; the information reflects the date shown on each page and you should confirm current terms on the firm's official site before purchasing. Bullkits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any prop firm listed.
